Day 1 Done!!

Well I did it internet peeps! Day one done, thats how I plan tackling this one day at a time, sometimes the BIG picture is too daunting, so softly softly catchie monkey!
I will publish my food diary at the end of the week and if anyone would like recipes just give me a shout.
Also given up the dairy as everything I have read regarding this is a big no no in +pcos .

Helping me on my journey is my lovely holistic health coach Jo, she is always very positive and seeing the good in everything and can also see the positive changes in you, even when you can't.

The great thing is if you dont live in the north west, she does her coaching via skype so you can be anywhere in the world to benefit from Jo's wisdom.

Here is the link to her website, go have a look:

Welcome to My Journey

Turning my life around for myself and my little family!
I have suffered with +pcos most of my adult life, my main concern is with the extra weight I carry as a result of pcos and bad food choices.  I have done all the diets in my past +slimming world +weightwatchers +southbeachdiet +slimfast.  I had the best sucess with slimming world and lost 4.5st prior to conceiving my miracle baby. But I have piled 3st back and I need to lose this again in order to conceive baby No2.

So this time I want to lose the weight forever by making changes that will last, that will get my pcos under control and most importantly regain my confidence and make me happy.

So watch this space, I plan on eating clean, unprocessed food and moving more, and not feeling deprived hungry or on a diet.

I'm starting by cramming in those glorious greens, by adding some to every meal and downing some fabulous +greensmoothies.
